ETH cleaning up in Manila

Having volunteers clean up beaches and other public places is never an easy task.
Getting people to donate their time once or twice a year is not enough in some areas due to the sheer volume of waste.

Manila seem to be onto a good thing, but the concept could be applied to many situations where volunteers are needed on mass.

Will compensation in ETH or any crypto coin (steem?) drag in the crowds needed to clean up our planet?
