With 145m missing (the other 45m is not being talked about), the court has allowed more time.
Investors or more particularily anyone who left coins on the exchange, are the one likely to lose out.
Don't keep coins on an exchange is the basic principle.
There is still a possibility the missing coins were moved to another exchange so this may be a needle in the haystack.
