Lunch break

As a worker in a food distributorship company, we usually work from 8 am to 5 pm of course we need a day rest to restore energy and focus for our work.

We do this afternoon break usually at break time before we eat, because in our company during lunch time only 1 hour between 12 o'clock to 1 pm.
