Breakfast is known as the food of the brain. That is essential for body and brain. There are some wrong habits and understanding about breakfast. You should recognize what they are and be ready to edit them yourself

Do not leave the breakfast to eat breakfast.

■ Strong coffee drinking is not good at meals.

∙ Do not keep the rest of the diet on the previous day. The new day should come with new food
