BREAKING 1/8/18: Bundys Free AfterJudge Declares Mistrial

Today, after a land-dispute saga spanning more than two decades, U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro declared a mistrial in the case against Cliven Bundy, his two sons Ammon and Ryan, and their fellow defendant, Montana militia member Ryan Payne. Charges had been filed against the men for their role in an April 2014 standoff outside Bunkerville, Nevada which arose from a dispute over cattle-grazing rights.
