On March 22, 2018, first responders will begin arriving at Sleep Train Arena, the former home of the NBA's Sacramento Kings. They will include the Air Force and several Government agencies. A truck filled with burning faux radioactive material will drive into the arena where victims of a natural disaster will be gathered.
