It's a Saturday, so take time out to:
- Get some fresh air. Walk in the park. Walk down the street to pick up the newspaper rather than driving. Notice more. Breathe!
- Take a photograph. Ideally with people in it. Your family and friends.
- Smell some flowers. Look at the petals. Observe the leaf formation. Study the plant. Slow down. Get to know it.
- Smile. More.
- Listen to some music. Play it loud. Relax into it. Play some new stuff - explore for some new music finds. Plus play some old stuff and revisit some great memories.
- Call someone who you haven't spoken to for a while. Say "Hi" and rekindle that relationship
- Stroke a dog or cat or rabbit or whatever pet you have?! (or someone else has!). Look into the animal's eyes and see the wisdom.
- Snooze on the sofa. Just a nap. Time-out to let your body recharge and reset your thinking.
- Send an instant message to a parent or relative or close friend. Make them smile.
- Slow down. Listen. Breathe deeply. Enjoy each moment. Relax. It's a Saturday.
