What is the idea behind it?
So far, only institutional investors have benefited, such as B. banks or investment funds, of attractive returns for investments in real estate projects. Small investors were left out of these direct investments because they did not have the required investment volume. The BERGFÜRST idea: many investors raise the required capital together. So everyone can join with small amounts from €10 and everyone receives the conditions from which otherwise only professional large investors benefit.
