But can we say steem is decentralized?
As per me, there are already some people with huge amount of steem coin and they control the whole economy.
So how can we call such thing is decentralized, as the whole things revolves around some big whales?

I agree with what you say. Technically it is decentralized but in reality, humans always find a way to manipulate and control near anything they come across. Crypto is one of those things. I'm still learning the actual functionality of Steem tokens, Steem power and so on, so I will comment further on how it all works later, and to what degree it is actually decentralized. Very important though, is how does Steem actually benefit us? Or, is Steem one of many crypto schemes in existence that is designed, more or less as a ruse, just to make a few people wealthy? I don't know.
