How can we be Rich?

I often wonder how we can be rich. Most of us get an education just to get a good job. And along with the job, they will save a part of their salary. In this way they save some money in the last part of their lives which is spent on their children's wedding. In this way, they go back to the world after spending a certain amount of time in life and are not able to make any assets for their children.

In contrast, those who are less educated but have a higher level of thinking and prefer business. They work as hard as professionals. But because of their business acumen, they thrive and prosper.
Result:
I think our education system is such that it is taught to get an education in order to get a good job. Our schools and colleges are not teaching you to get an education and start a good business.
Our educational institutions need to develop business thinking.
