আমদানি লাইসেন্স নিবন্ধন/Import Registration Certificate সংগ্রহের নিয়মাবলী
বর্তমান সময়ে একটি জনপ্রিয় ব্যবসা হচ্ছে সাপ্লাই ব্যবসা। এর মানে মার্কেট থেকে ক্রয় করে গ্রাহকের কাছে পৌঁছে দিতে হবে। আর যদি আপনি পণ্য আমদানি করে সাপ্লাই করতে পারেন, লাভটা হয়তো একটু বেশিই করতে পারবেন। তবে তার জন্য আপনার দরকার পড়বে 'আমদানি লাইসেন্স'।
#প্রশ্ন: আমদানি লাইসেন্স কিভাবে করা যায়?
$উত্তর- প্রথমত আপনাকে আমদানি-রপ্তানি নিয়ন্ত্রকের দপ্তরে নিবন্ধন করতে হবে। আমদানি নিবন্ধন সনদপত্র (IRC) পেতে প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র সহকারে নির্ধারিত ফরমে আবেদন করতে হবে।

***ব্যক্তিমালিকাধীন প্রতিষ্ঠানের ক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র-
১।মালিকের জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র
২। পাসপোর্ট ছবি
৩। ট্রেড লাইসেন্স (না থাকলে সিটি কর্পোরেশন অথবা পৌরসভা থেকে সংগ্রহ করা যাবে, সিটি কর্পোরেশন থেকে ৪০০০-৭০০০ টাকা লাগবে, ইউনিয়ন পরিষদে ৫০০-১০০০ টাকা খরচ হবে)।
৪। ব্যাংক সলভেন্সী (প্রতিষ্ঠানের নামে ব্যাংক একাউন্ট থাকলে উক্ত ব্যাংকে যোগাযোগ করলেই পাওয়া যাবে)
৫। ট্রেড লাইসেন্স ঠিকানায় E-TIN (অনলাইনে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করেই সার্টিফিকেট সংগ্রহ করা যায়)
৬। ব্যবসা সংশ্লিষ্ট এসোসিয়েশনের মেম্বারশীপ সার্টিফিকেট সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
***লিমিটেড কোম্পানীর ক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র-
১| ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালকের ছবি
২| তার জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র
৩|মেমোরেন্ডাম আর্টিকেল, ইনকর্পোরেশন, ফরম-১২।

বিভিন্ন পরিমান আমদানি সীমার ক্ষেত্রে বিভিন্ন পরিমান ফি জমা প্রদান করতে হয়-
*৫ লক্ষ টাকা আমদানি সীমার ক্ষেত্রে - ৬০০০
*২৫ লক্ষ টাকা আমদানি সীমার ক্ষেত্রে -- ১১,০০০
*৫০ লক্ষ টাকা আমদানি সীমার ক্ষেত্রে - ১৯,০০০
*১ কোটি টাকা আমদানি সীমার ক্ষেত্রে - ৩১,০০০
*৫ কোটি টাকা আমদানি সীমার ক্ষেত্রে- ৪৬,০০০/-
*৫ কোটি টাকার বেশী আমদানি সীমার ক্ষেত্রে - ৬১,০০০/- টাকা
বি.দ্র. ১৫% ভ্যাট চালান সংযোজন আবশ্যক।
ব্যাংক-চালানসহ নির্ধারিত ফরম পূরণ করে আবেদনপত্র ও প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র সহ জমা দিলে ৫-৬ দিনের মধ্যে আমদানি লাইসেন্স পাওয়া যাবে।
