2 years ago I started a food supplement distribution business, as well as a network marketing business struggling for getting customers to see what I am offering in the market. Tried doing the same thing as other network marketer / direct seller are doing, going house to house for product promotion, giving flyers, leaflets, having an orientation to every Barangays and community which drains my wallet because of the daily expenses but not getting enough sales.

It took me a year doing the same stuffs every single day together with my team member who also burn away because of such traditional and old way of marketing the product & services.

I added all of my connections who I thought interested on preserving good health as well as those who are business minded people and also maybe included some of my friends who are not interested for them to be converted as clients in the future. I keep posting and updating my group everyday for people to see that the group is alive and active, people read posts regarding the products and some health tips.

Updates:

Currently I now have 4,326 group members and still counting, most of the members were requesting to join, I don't even know them personally, some of them were added by the members but before they can join the community I did filter them to qualify because I don't like people who spam on the community with nonsense and out of topic posts. The group is intended for health purposes and business purposes!

Now I already converted members as my clients / customers who bought the products I promoted, some of them are part of my team in distribution business, became my team mates and also doing the business now. Facebook group helps a lot on my business!

While working out my Facebook Group I noticed that it's not enough to promote and gain more sales because it's limited to people who were group members. I wanted more people to see my offer product and business, it's time for me to research again about what other ways to promote the products online and came up with the so called Facebook Page it became the bridge for a huge change to the business!

Also my page gain some respect and reputation from my audience, It increases my sales, more people are trusting me though they don't even know me personally because of this page they saw my thru photos and videos uploaded the reason it caught their attention & heart connection to trust me as a legitimate online seller.
