How to start business without money ???

How an employee can start a business , it is not as simple as filling out an address in post office . It is difficult but possible if you want you can do it .
why only few people be rich and the rest work for them ? Are rich people smarter than you or they wanted to be rich ?
All big companies they hire genius people for developing their businesses .It means business owners are not smarter ,but once they wanted to be owner of a company .
For starting you own business the first thing come to your mind is money , I don't have money how to start ? Where can find money ?? After how many years I can have my own company and lots of more questions make you accept that is impossible to start it .
Now, I have some idea for running business without money ,and also I'm reading a book ( the business of the21 century ) writing by Robert T.Kiyosake. The book will helps to complete the idea .
