Step 3.

SERVE OTHERS (it's not about you)

In the process of developing your mastery, you will need to work out how to use your unique skills so that you can best be of service to others. Real joy and fulfilment arise when you use your skills and mastery in a way that helps & serves others - not when you have your own self-absorbed desires fulfilled.

Business really means solving peoples problems. The bigger the problem, the more value it has and the more money can be exchanged for it.

Get rid of the word "job" from your vocabulary, and instead use words like "problem solver" or "results orientated." If you can help people feel good or make their life easier in some way - you're on to something valuable.

While career and service are centred around serving others, this also includes constantly nourishing and looking after yourself. When you nourish and look after yourself, you will be able to serve from a place of clarity, energy, presence, sustainability and general pleasantness.

To do this with greater ease, learn to work in accordance with natural cycles & energy flow - not the clock.

Passion is also developed over time. It does not simply jump up and hit you in the head one day. The better you get at something, the more confidence you will gain and the more joy it brings to peoples faces, the more passionate you will naturally become about it.

Following your innate strengths (as outlined in Step 1), and setting yourself up to be a specialist (Step 2) will all help you to cultivate your passions over time...
