back again with me @alfiano is still faithful in sharing happiness and freshness as well as health,
Well just this time I want to share trips and tricks about the benefits and side effects of a very familiar fruit that is rambutan fruit.

The benefits of rambutan fruit come from a number of important nutrients in it. fruit that has a Latin name Niphelium Lappaceum is equipped with vitamins A, C, protein, carbohydrates, and fiber.
Minerals contained in rambutan fruit such as calcium, niacin, iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and zinc.
Tropical fruit is fairly practical for consumption. simply by peeling the outer shell, you can eat the fruit directly. Maybe you often break this fruit seed with your teeth accidentally? No problem, provided the seeds are not swallowed when you eat the fruit
The benefits of Rambutan include:

Side effects include:

Fruit with a round shape, overgrown with soft spines resembling the hair, and will be red or yellow when it is ripe this must have been familiar to the people of Indonesia. it turns behind the rambutan sweetness has danger enough risk if we consume too much,
Probably already many who know that the sweetness or sugar content in rambutan fruit is alcoholic, which means if this fruit is too ripe sugar content will turn into alcohol.
it will raise cholesterol levels in the body and will certainly be very dangerous for people suffering from diabetes or diabetes.
To overcome for those of you who suffer from this disease is advised not to over consume them .
