Dave, I have a new algorithm which is explained on every report I generate daily. I give a full upvote every 24 hours. If you post more than once in 24 hours the second post will be reduced. This is to prevent one person taking too much from the rest. I noticed you posted just before this post and received a 74% upvote from me. I hope this satisfies!
