Ingredients

125 g butter
60 g brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
250 g flour
30 g wheat bran
1 bag of chemical yeast (7 g)
For fermentation:
1 white egg

how to prepare

Grind the bran.
Mix the butter well with brown sugar and salt
Then add the egg and bran
Add the flour and yeast and mix the dough well until it becomes homogeneous
Leave the dough rest for 10 minutes in the refrigerator
Stretch the dough over a table that is sprinkled with flour
Cut the dough with cutters
It has the same shape but with different sizes
Place the biscuits on a sheet of kitchen paper
For biscuits decorated with almonds, paint biscuits with egg whites and sprinkle with crushed almonds.
Cook the biscuits in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for 12 to 15 minutes
Leave the biscuits cooled before removing it from the plate

Place the chocolate in a small pocket of kitchen paper and decorate the bran to give it a planned shape.
