What is and what is NOT a Community node for the community?

in #busy6 years ago

@castellano, is not to yell and raise our voice;

It is to represent and bridge the needs of users, investors and projects to find common ground.

@castellano, is NOT a belligerent entity;

It is an entity of union, to search consensus...

It was hard for me to understand and learn that in the markets nothing is achieved by yelling and making scandal.
@nnnarvaez

If Spanish as a language has a problem in STEEMit, it is because of the brand image that we have sold as users and projects...

That way of thinking: shake you out, to take your place that some actors have, the millions of briefcase projects that do not look for more than their own benefit and their pockets with the trail and fanvote (100% for me, 25% for the posts of the trail without having put a penny), the greed of those who are embedded in the projects that end up making vote rings with their friends, alter everyone and then come out with a post saying shit about projects for not supporting their nepotism... Users who organize contests and turn out to be a scam...

It is sad, but outside they see us as savages, dedicated to swindling the block-chain, and there are people who also sell that image for their own benefit.

Populism is very nice, but if it is not to educate, to create bridges, to open dialogue and discussions, and to teach what really works -that is effort and perseverance-, with me (@castellano) do not count.

I do not raise my voice unless there are abuses. The Hispanic community will be taken into account when we understand that this is a platform to create human bonds and drive change, promote it in a sustainable manner.

Not to make a fuss, or complain that they did not upvote your post..

Those who succeed here work hard and become positive influencers. They give the example and develop the block-chain.

The witness hall is full of socialist witnesses who want to give equity to the people...

@castellano wants to give recognition to those who deserve it for their effort, for becoming examples to follow, for creating fun and unique things, for doing educational activities.

@castellano is born with the proposals of this server (@nnnarvaez) who today writes in his name, because I cannot find him a team that wants to be commited. My proposals are not only proposals... They exist... And they are the fruit of months of tireless effort.

There is a project that teaches all the ins and outs of the platform, citizens' principles and values, generosity, loyalty and hard work.

@Castellano is an investment of time and money to understand the needs of all, to work for justice through merit and recognition of the effort. Equity and equality are over-sold in the manipulative discourse, not all deserve the same.

Is the organic growth hard?

Yes, it is... But it is not resolved by giving false hope. It is resolved when the trail of 100 people commits not to vote for 100 people.

As long as we do not understand that STEEM is driven by the free market, and we continue to spread the lie of equality and populist equity; we are not going to seek to grow and invest to fight on equal terms. We will continue to take the SBD out of our mouths to make the rich richer.

If 100 minnows agree and join to really grow, they make a SP pool to go out and upvote others giving an organic vote to those who deserve it...

The problem is that when those 100 minnows agree, they expect to be voted on the 100 articles they produced, and so there is neither for them nor for others...

In steem the principle is to give to receive... On this is based the initial spirit of the platform, selfishness and immediacy is what has made the vote sellers triumph.

Who understands what a trail of 100 votes is for if it is not to vote for themselves?

Who understands it, has in its hands the solution to the problem of the organic vote...

The only solution is to invest or reinvest and set an example ...

When the #upvote4upvote and the #follow4follow ends... When people understand that by having an account, they are chain investors, not users; that the half share gift and the STEEMit loan are for sharing, not for receiving...

When they understand that there are users with more or less success, with more or less skills; that not all posts will be voted by all trails; that we have to retain users, but not all; that memes and twitters are out of place here -or at least there is no big vote for that, and if there is, it will be on the side of irresponsible ones- ; that is when our Hispanic community will be respected and supported. STEEM will increase in price satisfying investors, authors and curators alike.

There are those who can make 3 good posts a day, others it takes 1 week to make one. That is free market. If your contribution is good and you manage to make several a day, it is normal that you get more money than the one that make 1 a week. It is up to you to evaluate the relation between effort and benefit.

The discourse of false equity, to speak out against the rich guilty of the poverty of those who do nothing; it is only welcomed thanks to the discontent of those who have not understood, of the vote by vote, of those who are in the 50000 trails that do not give anything...

People who are doing their best effort sometimes exploit and write their "little post" to expressed their discontent... Sometimes it is necessary to make catharsis... For projects to realize that there is a discontented public -most of the sometimes because they have not understood the rules of the game-.

I saw a good blogger complaining about a project that did not adopt him as his patron (and it was not me). What he ignores is that the patronage of that project was born out of the corruption of its curators, and not from the philosophy of the project...

See? That's an example of what manipulation and misinformation accomplishes.

And against that is my and @castellano struggle... The double reality of the users and that of the investors. Therefore, it is necessary to build bridges, not to carry hordes with picks and torches to the palace.

Bridges, Dialogue and consensual solutions... These are the mission, vision and objective.

The dignity where the free market exists and is gained by negotiating; it is not bought or obtained by force (unless you have 51% of the shares...).

@Castellano, does not seek to be rival for other projects

It is the opposite, it seeks to create bonds between the biggest and the smallest; provide support to those who are really working for the chain, not absorb or replace them. @Castellano seeks to be a point of contact, an example and a guide on the responsible development of activities in the Block-chain for the benefit of large investors and small projects...

And above all, understand the needs of users.

Our goal is the adoption and retention of those users who are here to build, regardless of the size of their wallets, what matters are their intentions.

If you feel identified, come and work with us!
