PAN DE OREGANO
INGREDIENTES
500 gr de harina de trigo todo uso
300gr de leche liquida
35gr de margarina
10gr de sal
12gr de azucar
12gr de levadura
PREPARACION
1º Colocamos en un envase la leche, azucar, levadura y una cucharada de harina, revolvemos bien hasta integrar todos los ingredientes
2º En un envase grande que sirva para amasar se coloca la harina, sal, y la margarina, a esto le colocamos la mezcla que se preparo anteriormente y se comienza a amasar
3º Una vez que este todo integrado lo colocamos en un meson para hacer el amasado mas practico
4º Depues de haber amasado durante 10 minutos se deja reposar por 60 minutos, bien tapada con una bolsa
5º Pasados los 60 minutos cortamos pedazos de 120gr, se estira con el rodillo, luego se enrolla para formar un especie de un tubito
6º Sele hacen 3 cortes en la parte arriba, se le coloca huevo y luego oregano
7º Colocar sobre una bandeja enmantecada y dejar reposar 60 minutos mas
8º Llevar al horno previamente calentado a 200º por 20 minutos

excelente amigo, muy buena receta del pan de orégano, cuando lo hago yo coloco aceite con orégano mezclases y mantequilla eso que muy bueno.
