PAN FRANCES
INGREDIENTES
500gr de harina de trigo todo uso
290gr de agua
10gr de levadura
10gr de sal
10gr de azúcar
20gr de manteca
PREPARACION
1º Colocar todos los ingredientes en un bowl, menos el agua y la levadura
2º En un envase disolver la levadura en el agua para luego llevarlo al bowl donde esta el resto de los ingredientes
3º Comenzar a amasar, una vez que esten todos los ingredientes integrados llevamos la mezcla a un meson para seguir amasando durante 5 minutos aproximadamente
4º Dejar reposar 10 minutos y volvemos a amasar otros 5 minutos
5º Pesar pedazos de 100gr, hacemos una bola y luego estiramos con el rodillo
6º Para armar el pan se enrolla la masa estirada como una culebra hasta formar una especie de tubo
7º Se coloca sobre una bandeja enmantecada y dejamos reposar por 60min, tapandolos bien con una bolsa plastica
8º Luego que hayan pasado los 60 minutos, se meten en el horno previamente calentado a 210º por 25 minutos
9º Colocamos un poco de agua con un rociador antes de meterlos en el horno para ayudar a que doren

Que rico el pan tengo bastante días que no he probado por que no hay harina ojala encuentre para hacer este pan.
Seguro que si conseguirás para que lo prepares, queda muy bueno
