Tras el caos creado por la fuga del inteligente Indominus Rex en el parque de Isla Nubla, por primera vez los dinosaurios se emplazarán fuera de las fronteras del parque de atracciones. Además, aparecerá una nueva amenaza: la de convertir a estos poderosos animales prehistóricos en armas. Porque, ¿qué pasaría si otras empresas aparte de la compañía genética InGen pudiesen crear un dinosaurio?
