Cucumber rolls
Being healthy does not mean not eating rich things so these rolls will like them and above all healthy and in a very simple way so I share this recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
200 g. of dressing thousand islands
400 g of turkey ham
Chopped cilantro
preparation:
This recipe takes away your hunger and does not let you get fat Fantastic! First you should scratch the cucumber horizontally and make thin strips, dip with a spoon the seasoning, cilantro to taste and the turkey ham (previously chopped into strips) then roll what if it was sushi and with chopsticks. As in the end there are quite a few rolls, I recommend you store them in your refrigerator and enjoy every time you want a snack.
