This is the vulnerability map of floods in china made by my daughter. In china before 1949 floods occured once in 2 years but after 1949 floods came annually and killed around 3700 people every year .... 💦💥
So , the mitigation techniques of floods in china are tackle climate change , construct buildings above flood level , protect wetlands and introduce plant trees strategically, introduce better flood warning systems , modify homes and businesses to help people to withstand floods.... 💫
