Pasta corta con aguacate y maíz
Ingredientes
- 250 grs pasta corta
- Aceite de oliva
- 8 dientes ajo
- 1/2 aguacate o palta grande
- 1/2 limón
- Perejil fresco
- Sal marina y pimienta
- 1 latica de maíz en granos
- Parmesano
Preparación
Primero Hacemos la pasta como de costumbre, luego, sofreímos en aceite de oliva los dientes de ajo picados hasta que doren. Colocamos en la licuadora, el aguacate, el jugo de medio limón, el perejil, el ajo sofrito con todo y el aceite, sal y pimienta al gusto. Por ultimo Agregamos esta mezcla a la pasta corta.
Servimos y colocamos el maíz y parmesano. Adornamos con una ramita de perejil.
