Aujourd'hui je vais vous présentez des conseils pour vous assurez à 80 % un pourboire en tant que serveur .
Cela reste des conseils , ce n'est pas scientifique . Je précise quand je dis choisissez vos clients je veux bien entendu dire qu'un client reste un client ( vous devez prendre tous vos clients ) mais par exemple si vous gérez un coin de la terrasse essayez plutôt de mettre vos clients potentiels dans ce coin ci ;)
