CUPCAKES
Ingredientes:
250gr de margarina
1 taza de azucar
3 huevos
3/4 taza de leche
1cda de polvo de hornear
1 1/2 de harina de trigo
1 cda de vainilla
Preparacion:
Primero se bate la margarina con la azucar, luego agregamos los huevos junto con la vainilla, por ultimo se va alternando la leche junto con la harina y el polvo de hornear, luego se colocan unos capacillos en los moldes para hacer cupcakes y se vierte la mezcla hasta la mitad, llevar al horno precalentado a 160º por 30 minutos. Cuando se quieren hacer de chocolota se colocan 30gr de cacao a la mezcla.
Para la crema de arriba colocamos 50gr de manteca y 50 gr de margarina y 1 taza de azucar pulverizada mezclar todo hasta formar una crema, colocar la esencia que deseen, colocan esta crema en una manfa y proceden a decorar los cupacakes.
