My thoughts are often with you. Your tireless work so often puts the welfare and safety of others ahead of your own. Please stay safe, at home and on line. Some good advice here about communicating via others from @phoenixwren. Your advocacy is important, but it is only possible if you remain okay, and you are important regardless of your endeavours.
