The Debt Called Love

in #busy5 years ago

Romans 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

We owe everyone love and care. Life is not about what we gain but who we care for, the people whose lives has been transformed by our love. We are commanded to love each other, thus loving people is not optional.

Don't be a debtor of love. Don't owe people money or other resources. Try to live within your resources and be contended with what you have. If you don't need to borrow, you save yourself the worries and insults. You might not have much today but you'll surely do.

It's love that fulfills the law of God. Jesus is the symbol of this love, for God used Him to fulfill His own law. No man could fulfill it, thus if we don't love like Christ we are not in oneness with God. Let us put on Christ and love like Him. Let His love be our lifestyles everywhere we go. Love is what we owe and we can't over love.

Let's pray together.
Dear Father of love, thank you for loving us this way. Please plant in us the love of Christ that we may be truly yours, in Jesus name. Amen.
