(35.22) UP chairman killed in Satkhira gunfight

Satkhira Kaliganj Upazila Jatiya Party general secretary and Krishnanagar UP chairman Mosharraf Hossain died due to foul play.

On Saturday (9th September) at 11pm, he was sitting in front of the Union Jubo League office in Baliadanga Bazar while two motorcycles and miscreants shot him and fled. He died on the spot.
Krishnanagar Union Awami League General Secretary Suruj Hossain said that Chairman Musharraf Hossain was speaking at the verandah of Union Jubo League office in Baliadanga Bazar at around 11pm on Saturday. During this time, two motorcycles and miscreants fled to the head and face. When he was taken to the Kaliganj hospital by ambulance, the duty doctor declared him dead.
