Ways to control anger

  • Practice such calm whenever you can by avoiding speaking or reacting or simply withdrawing from the place if you notice the appearance of mild anger.

  • Make a firm intention to reduce the harmful information that affects your subconscious and generates the appearance in different degrees of anger.

  • Analyze what degrees of anger you have had and what you might have. For example, visualize yourself in complex situations, imagine in your current state what could happen if you let yourself be carried away by anger. Even tragedies could happen.

  • Think now of all the energy saved that could be earned and that would be eroded in conflict situations and even violence that could be avoided.

  • Now think about the welfare that this energy saved can bring. You will get more calm, relief, peace of mind and good humor. What do you think?

  • Learn to change the feelings of anger for quality thoughts. Practice thinking about things that motivate you. The very act of controlling anger and being a better person is something that is already motivating.
