PREPARE A DELICIOUS PIE OF LIMON
Go ahead and prepare this delicious cold lemon dessert that has a rich crust of biscuit maría that gives it a crispy texture; which also combines perfectly with the creamy cheese filling with lemon. A very easy dessert to make everyone at home love.
Ingredients
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 pack of cookie Mary
2 packages of cream cheese
45 grams of butter
1 envelope of hydrated gelatin
Preparation
- Mix a stream of evaporated milk with the ground biscuit. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture. Form a paste.
- Add lemon juice, condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese and hydrated cream to a bowl.
- Place the cookie dough with butter in individual molds and repeat the operation in each mold.
- Fill with the mixture. Refrigerate for one hour.
Decorate with a slice of lemon.
TIPS
You can decorate with 1/2 can of peaches in syrup, drained and cut into cubes.
