Sepia Saturday: enjoying cooling air-conditioning in shopping mall,
This is my entry for #sepiasaturday hosted by @old-guy-photos. I took the advise of my friend to escape to a big shopping mall to enjoy the cool air-conditioning atmosphere. A nice old shopping mall went through major renovation with new concept of making it feels like a big living room.
So, there are many seating areas along the walkways and corridor. This makes families come out shopping together as they are large arm chairs for older people to sit and watch passerby. There are also swing-like chairs for kids and there are working corner for people like me to sit and work on my post. Most people sit along this long table to recharge their mobile phones for free and enjoy cool air-conditioning. I don’t know whether this new concept has increased the overall revenue of this shopping mall. I just hope they would maintain this new interior design concept for a long time.
วันนี้อากาศร้อนมาก เราจึงทำตามเพื่อน คือไปเดินเล่นที่ห้างใหญ่ ที่มีแอร์เย็นฉ่ำเพื่อนั่งผ่อนคลายความร้อน ที่ห้างนี้พึ่งปิดปรับปรุงการตกแต่งภายในใหม่เกือบหนึ่งปี เราชอบแนวการออกแบบใหม่มาก เพราะมีเก้าอี้นั่งหลากหลายแบบให้คนนั่ง. เขาจัดเหมือนให้คนรู้สึกว่าเหมือนห้องนั่งเล่นขนาดใหญ่ ทำให้คนพากันมาเดินกันทั้งครอบครัว เพราะมีที่นั่งแบบเก้าอี้ตัวใหญ่ๆให้คนมีอายุนั่งดูคนเดินไปมา. และมีเก้าอี้ที่ทำเหมือนชิงช้าด้วย เราชอบมุมที่ให้คนมานั่งทำงาน อ่านหนังสือ และชาร์จโทรศัพท์มือถือฟรีด้วย เดี๋ยวนี้เราจึงเห็น คนมานั่งแช่แอร์เย็นๆ เล่นเกมส์ไปอย่างสบายใจ เราก็ไปนั่งถ่ายรูปและเขียนโพสต์ที่นั่นด้วย เป็นการพักผ่อนเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศด้วย

Looks like a very nice place. Here many of the malls and stores have closed due to Amazon putting them out of business.
That’s a shame! Here, lifestyle has shifted to families spending more time in big shopping malls! So they have to make people feel like spending more money!
