To create a specific sound, it is necessary that all nodes and organs participating perform certain actions. And each of these actions is controlled by the brain. It's like a doll on a string. The brain "pulls the strings" and creates the right picture. The good of the brain, there is such an opportunity to manage such a complex mechanism. But where does the brain know what to do, what rope to pull and when? This is possible only if the order of these actions is in the memory of the brain and is identified as the sound we need. Indeed, by analogy with a computer, the machine also controls everything by means of signals, but initially, it has been taught to understand these signals. We can assume that through the hearing organs, we learn all the sounds of speech. But following this logic, any machine that has a microphone and speakers could learn to speak.
