Gratitudeday29: Professional growth

I am grateful to God for the professional growth I have gained over the years.
Professional growth: it is when one begins to take the true value and importance to the things we are doing since we are university, through all that we went through that stage of teaching. Already in the workplace is almost the same, just that in everything you do and the decisions you make, you get a much faster response, either positive or negative, the results obtained by any action made impact so immediately that no It gives you no time to go back. Professional growth is a lot of factors that shape us to develop our own competitive difference, in our work aspect some of those factors of which we have emphasized sometimes, are the interpersonal relationships with which we are developing throughout our university career and of course, in the workplace.
On the other hand we have to take into account that the money will come later, so it is important to start taking any opportunity that is put in front of us where it implies to relate with people who truly share mutual interests and lead to our professional growth, whether through information, learning, sharing knowledge, ideas or any necessary good that helps us to strengthen and grow professionally.
