USA Double Standards (My Ranting)
The past couple of days headline news around the USA has made me feel that the country is holding double standards. Where Peter Strzok was grilled by congress over texts he had sent to Lisa Page seem quick unfair when you compare how much the president has spoken on twitter. I am not saying president Trump did anything wrong or that Mr. Strzok is wrong but both have wrote inappropriate texts yet here we are watching a man, Strzok, who likely has lost all credibility while the president has his top lawyer Giuliani trying to use this hearing as evidence to ruin Muller's case on president Trump. In short president Trump can go about his daily business while Strzok is trying to save his own life and legacy.
Stormy Daniels
It was headline news when she was arrested for inappropriately touching an undercover officer in a strip club. The who news was making her look bad while later on the same she was released and charges dismissed. The charge that was being used against Ms. Daniels could not be held as it required Daniels to be a consistent employee of the strip club, but it was only a day stint for her.
The news humiliated her indefinitely although it was later posted that arresting her was a mistake.
Papa John's Founder and CEO Stepping down and Company likely ruined
John Schnatter founded Papa John in 1984 and before this weeks scandal the funchaise was worth almost half a billion dollars. Now the company he built from sratch has lost a lot of its endorsements due to speaking ill during a corporate meeting. Story is he used an inappropriate word to describe someone. The "N" word. One word in public and now Mr. Schnatter is trying to save his legacy.
