The technology that shall replace HTTP is right in front of us. IPFS is the permanent Web. It is still in Alpha(prototype) but it is as functional as the the production version. This is the chronicles of IPFS which shall continue as long as IPFS exist. My aim is popularize the use of IPFS to increase its apparent viability.This technology is functional since day one so you have to take full advantage of this innovation. Decentralization is the name of the game so why not decentralize our filing system. No central point of failure. Resistant to seizure and censorship. This is the real permanent web. What are you waiting for? Use it.
It has a fancy web user interface that works perfectly. Just run the daemon and you will see. Right now this proves that the daemon for IPFS is needed. Notice that I am using an Android phone to get access of the network. That is how easy it is to comprehend. Just a phone and a working node will take you to IPFS.
As we can all see it works with just an Android phone. localhost:5001/webui will yield this result.
I am now connected to 16 peers. Pinning content is easier if you have peers using the same network(IPFS). This ends day one.
