Panquecas con avena
Buenos dias, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta sencilla pero practica para los desayunos, sobre a todo a los niños les encanta. Las cantidades dependeran de lo que quieran preparar, en esta oportunidad esta receta da para 15 panquecas pequeñas.
Colocar la licuadora hasta la mitad de agua, agregar un huevo, 3 cucharadas grandes de azucar, una pizca de sal, dos cucharadas de avena en harina u ojuela y 10 cucharas de harina de trigo aproximadamente, las van colocando poco a poco hasta espesar.
En un sarten caliente colocar un poco de aceite con una servilleta e ir agregando la mezcla con una cuchara de servir sopa a fuego bajo para no quemarlas, al cocinarse por un lado se deben voltear y cocinarlas por el otro, sacar y colocar sobre un plato, agregar mantequilla y queso, cabe destacar que las pueden comer con miel, mermelada, chocolota o lo que deseen
