Actifit made it happen!

My favorite application built on top of steem blockchain is leading the way towards a real life use of cryptocurrencies and shows everyone how it's done! The app that essentially pays people to keep doing exactly what they had been doing so far for free, through their latest post, announced how can someone exchange their AFIT tokens for steem.

For those of you who are unaware of how someone can earn AFIT tokens, there are two options. Either by delegating a part of your SP to @actifit or by posting your daily activity - which must be 5000 steps or more. - There are certain parameters that are calculated and through a formula, everyone who submits their training report, receive an upvote and some AFIT tokens.

Believe me, the sum up pretty fast!!

In order for someone to be eligible to trade their AFIT tokens for an upvote from the @actifit account has to have at least 100 AFIT tokens.

How do I know how many AFIT tokens do I have?

All you have to do is visit actifit.io, and login with your steem account and hit "my wallet button."

We have also adjusted our AFIT token pricing based on market modifications so as 1 AFIT = $0.036. We implemented the upvote process so as you actually earn a net reward approximately matching that value.

So for example, 10 AFIT tokens will actually give an upvote of approximately $0.55, which will net you after all curation around $0.36 following our upvote. Of course those numbers are estimates at the time of this post.
Keep in mind you need to have a minimum of 100 AFIT tokens to be able to perform an exchange.

We will setup in the upcoming days the capability to also purchase AFIT tokens directly via STEEM to benefit from this functionality.

For now, someone can only exchange either 5, 10, 15 or 20 AFIT tokens for an upvote. Assuming that many will try that new function, submissions will be queued if they exceed the limit of 40 which is set by the team.

Also keep in mind that these upvotes are only for your actifit report cards and only if the submission would receive an upvote from @actifit account normally. Meaning => at least 5000 steps. Report cards with lower activity won't be rewarded.
