My mind haven't comprehended my mind although I mind it at all times.

The mind is a wandering stranger in a foreign country. It travels fare and wide and yet it's still right there. Humans dont really explore their minds to a great depth. The mind is a silly beast that cannot be tamed.

The last part of the post talking about depression, you don't have to let your mind to be depressed. You will experience the gloomy days but you must not remain there. Let it be the past and keep the past for the past.
