I read @reggaemuffin is leading the move to try and decentralize some of the coding for the blockchain. The community should have a bigger hand in that. There are many coders who are not only capable but also willing to assist.

Good to see as there are so many talented and driven people on here wanting to move us forward. Not even coders but we have writers, entrepreneurs, marketers etc. We have a community of thousands willing and able to do more if the call is put out. The best thing that we could see is a roadmap of what needs to be done to release SMT's and communities and let people jump in to do it. The talent is here.
