Look Beyond the Pain and Grief

Hello, welcome again to @ogoowinner's blog.

Are you going through any type of pain or grief? I am not going to tell you that I understand how you feel because the fact is that, I do not. Only a grieving soul truly knows what he or she is going through.

I have had situations where I found myself in some horrible situations and when someone tries to tell me they understand how I feel, I get slightly provoked by that statement. We are all different and feel things in different ways. However, we all have one advantage over our griefs and pains; the ability to challenge it with a positive attitude.

I am here to announce to you that no matter what you are going through, if you can apply the winning attitude to it, you'll come out of it 'A Winner'.

In all your pains and griefs search for a lesson or blessing. In everything that comes our way, there is always a lesson or a blessing attached to it.

Nonetheless, you may never uncover the lessons or blessings if your focus is on the grief or pain. No matter what you are going through in life, it will be in your best interest to look and think beyond it, for only then can you find the strength and knowledge required to overcome the storms of life.

Anything we concentrate on have the ability to multiply. If your focus is on the griefs and pains, then they multiply. But if you focus on the solutions and lessons, then you will also get it in a multiplied form.

It is OK to grief, vent and even cry when situations we don't like happen. But it is costly to remain too long in the griefs and pains. Change your focus. Seek for lessons and blessings that will help you overcome.

I hope this post helps some grieving and sorrowful souls out there.
