Success Tips 101: Work
Success is a function of action. Nothing happens until you do something. Do not expect to become successful until you are willing to work.
All growth depends upon activity. There is no development physically or intellectually without effort, and effort means work.

However, learn to be smart about your work. You should be willing to work, but apply wisdom to that work. Being smart about your work is always ahead of just hard work.
Think about all the possible means to get your work done in the most efficient, easy and fastest means.
Hard work and smart work are both important. The baseline is, you must be willing to work.
