What Works?

I have seen many people ask these questions over and over again. What works?. Yeah that is the questions.
It is a question people normally ask when they seem to be faced with new challenges in their walk of life.
More questions they ask include:
When we work on new things, how do we know if they will work out?
When new challenges arise, how do we know how to solve them?
How do we pick the right choice of solutions and be right the first time or be right at all?
Two ways, I think. You find out about who knows how to make it work or you just try it out.
Either ways, you will find out.
The first step is quite easy if only you have such experienced personality at your beck and call or better put, at your service.
What if it's something never done, you make yourself the experienced personality by finding out.
Experience is a rare commodity, yet not as rare as a worthy experience that delivers on the job.
One thing that stands with experience is that the experienced had to risk the danger of what he knows nothing about until it became something he knows a lot about.
Although, many people started their journey on the shoulders of other people's experience, all the same, new discoveries along the same route of endeavors were found through trying.
My advice:
You don't have to know it all before you do it. Just do it but plan at least, a bit. So your learning will be less painful. Who knows? You might even get it right the first time and get to the finishing line before time.

Valiant attitude can only take you to the front of tackling issues that has not being solved before. However, everyone does not have this attribute;You see on a second thought even if you dear to work out a solution for a presiding challenge, as the case is in our environment, you might not get that opportunity because your employer might not want you to handle such cumbersome task because you are not an expert or don't have the experience.
Check out for job vacancies there is always this you will see among them all 3-10years experience. So experience is a paramount factor to get some thing work out. This should not stop you from putting in personal development through training after all no one was born with experience. The person with 10 years experience today once had 0 year experience on that field. Best regards @ogoowinner good Post.
