To win a battle takes a lot of preparations and energies. It involves planning and strategies. So much that when you are through you become drained and exhausted to the extent you lack the muscle to celebrate the win. Just like exams and other struggles of life, for you to succeed and win you must make conscientious effort to win. In a group, it requires team work and division of labours not looking down on individual contributions. It is obvious that while others work very hard for the group win others may not be meeting up the standard.

Celebrating your win will have you to motivate you for more winnings. Aside that there are other reasons why you it is good to celebrate victories. The following points are why we should celebrate victories;

h. When you celebrate your wins it help to spread the success. Celebrating wins is not all about you, it gives others the chance to join in your success and five them the encouragement that they too can win.

I remembered when I first sold out steem and SBD and use the money I made from posts to buy drinks for my colleagues at work. I told them I made the money from steemit.com and was so excited to share the wins. That alone brought on many of them onboard they believe in Steemit and so they joined.
