Whomever follows my blog will know that my hubby @ezzy is a big fan of beef burgers. He could have burgers all day long and everyday if he had his way, haha!

I considered us to be very lucky living in London where there are plenty of places to chomp down on a great tasting burger. One of @ezzy’s favourite burger places has got to be “Byrons”, which is an American style chain diner serving “proper” burgers with a great selection of toppings, sides and salads.

The branch that is closest to us is in Westfield Shopping Centre with is just a short walk from Shepherd’s Bush station in North West London. The restaurant is spacious with an open kitchen in the centre, plenty of seating and a cool vibe overall.

Our regular orders here are Beef Burgers with Blue Cheese, Fries and a Strawberry Milkshake, lol. The meat comes from 100% British grass-fed cows. The burgers are cooked to medium rare so the patties are pink and juicy on the inside, exactly how we like it! The ingredients are quite simple and classical but so delicious with it's great quality. The bun of the burger stood out for me in particularly, so soft!

The Strawberry Milk Shake is also to die for, so creamy and with real fresh strawberry bites inside! And a shout out to the staff there that are always so well organised and helpful, even at the busiest times.

@ezzy and I went back there last week and as usual, we had a great meal and leaving satisfied. Allow me to share some pictures with you all.
