Recently, I came across a cool stationery "Stitch Up Journal", in which you can customize by stitching notebook pages with interesting and colourful yarns. Pretty cool, right?

I often hear that stitching is almost therapeutic. The concentration required for sewing will allow you to focus only on the task at hand and possibly blotting out any unwanted thoughts in your mind. This simple and basic "stitch over task" can actually provides us with a sense of calming well being and contentment. So by simply repeating the sewing process over and over again, you may find it has a few hidden health benefits than you initially may not have imagined, lol!.
