Don’t dwell on the past!
Time is a tricky thing as a whole, but on the surface it’s pretty simple. Our pasts have happened, our present is the moment, it’s the NOW, and it’s where we get all of our shit done, and the future is always some fantastical point of time that never actually gets here.
Since all we really operate on is the current moment, dwelling and getting all bent out of shape about the past will only create problems and sidetrack you.
Get all of your attention into what you're doing now and how you’re going to get it done. The past has passed, let it go and concentrate on what actually matters, the here & now!
