Starting the 39th Special BCS oral exam

The oral examination of the candidates passed in the 39th (Special) BCS written examination began on Wednesday in the head office of the Public Service Commission (PSC) in Agargaon. The oral examinations of the candidates who passed the written test will be concluded on November 26. Verbal exams begin from 10am every working day.

PSC Public Relations Officer Israt Sharmin said that written examinations of 38th BCS examinations were held on Wednesday. Besides, the 39th BCS oral test has also started. Already, 19,291 applicants have applied for the 40th BCS and the petition will be accepted till 15 November. In addition, the number of candidates applying for non-cadre government high school assistant teachers and other posts is 2,482,322.

According to the PSC sources, on Wednesday, in the 39th Special BCS Preliminary Examination, 13,219 candidates for Assistant Surgeon and 513 candidates for Assistant Dental Surgeon passed. Passed candidates have started taking oral test from Wednesday for final appointment.
