Dan has a big heart but UBI has been proven to fail every time. It creates dependence and changes the mindset of the people, not to mention it affects a population's epigenetics. You need to pay people to do something or you poison the collective mind. Even if we have all our needs taken care of, we have to expand, and we have to get to space. How many jobs will be created for that? I think we sometimes forget how much farther we have to go. We'll spend the money we make on other more enlightened things to make us feel satisfied. UBI is just socialism - it will hurt the value of Eos and only embolden a fork that refuses to inflate to people that don't provide value to the network.
