Here I am with the next simple rule. Let's learn something today about ourselves. For this next rule I believe this is going to be necessary.
Stop thinking too much, over thinking leads to negative thoughts
Well this is proven scientifically that overthinking does leads to negative thoughts. It is in the nature of our brain to go on beyond certain limit.
You can try your best to control your brain, but in reality, the brain can't be controlled because it controls our body.
According to me I believe that, one should only think about something to an extent.
Even you can try this, go ahead start thinking about something, pick one topic, and you will end up getting too messed up.
Let your life be simple and quite. Sometimes its good to be simple.
We all want to do something different, I say are you ready for that different?
If not why not try the easy way, even if you know that the difficult path is not right for you now.

its true @tusharraina23 overthinking & overreacting both are harmful.
Taking things positivly helas & gives peace need for soul healthyness which will eventually stop overthinking.
